    Yuzu Inspirations packs a citrus punch, it's bold flavour evokes the exotic flavours of Asian cuisine, where the yuzu fruit originates from. This Yuzu Couverture works brilliantly with milk chocolate and herbs and as a flavour, has been a firm favourite in The Chocolate Society's award winning chocolates.

  •  Ingredients : Sugar, cocoa butter 34.4%, maltodextrin, yuzu juice 2.4%, emulsifier (soya lecithin), milk (processed in a facility that uses milk). This product may contain traces of nuts and gluten.
