^{Silpat ®} Baking Mats can be used in any type of oven, in the refrigerator and in the freezer: they can go immediately from the freezer to the oven, without risk of damage. Before lining your mat for use in the oven, always make sure to place it on a baking sheet.

• Cleaning: possible in the dishwasher, but preferably with a sponge and soapy water to prolong the life of your canvas
• Storage: flat or rolled in its original case or rolled using the silband storage link available in the store.
• Do not use sharp objects on the canvas, and do not put it in contact with a direct source of heat (flame, grill, barbecue, etc.)
