Granoro Whole Wheat Flour, designed to be used by itself, without the addition of other flours, is versatile and can be used to prepare all whole wheat products: buns, baguettes, focaccias, ciabatta bread, filoncino loaves (Italian style baguettes), friselle (a traditional product from Puglia), biscuits, whole wheat taralli and cakes. It adds fragrance and gives products a rustic flavour and appearance.
I was pleased at how quickly the goods arrived after it was despatched. The website allows you to choose the date of your delivery but actually sf express just delivered once the stock was ready so this was great. Will certainly order again.
