Exchange , Return or Refund

OVERVIEW

Items sold are non - refundable.

If you need any exchange or return some faulty/damage purchase  ...

*Report it to us in 48hrs (upon signed of received) and bring it back in 7 days [date of received]. If 48hrs have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

You can exchange in other product. To the eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it , with full original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

• No return for food, fragile (glass, marble) pre-order item and torch items. 
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software/digital book

Customer need to pay for the returning shipping fee if needed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once order shipped. shipping fee will not be refundable for any cases.

A reply to confirm for your return, Items needs to bring it back or send to  : Unit 01, 12/f, Lladro centre, 72 Hoi Yuen Road. Kwun tong. Hong Kong. 

Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a BakingWarehouse Gift Card/ e-voucher/storecrediet  only for your next purchase. It will be sent via email to you. 

And it will take approx. 3 working days for the process.

Order cancelation:

If item shortage or order incompletable, the order will be canceled, a notification email will be sent, amount will be refunded to your original payment.  almost bank will process 1-2 working days, If you haven't received a refund yet. First check you bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order placed over 24 Hrs, order can't be changed and cancel as it is already process with our work, if you need "cancel order" an administration fee HK$20 will be charged.

Outside Hong kong order USD20 will deduce from your payment.

returns and exchanges without proof of purchase/invoice/receipt  and over 48hs* will not be accepted.
