How long do deliveries take and Order Cut-Off?»

Daily order cut off at 15:00 GMT afterward will arrange in delivery schedule as on product page with estimate delivery time range

For Hong Kong we use SF express

 

        

 The below is for delivery 

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Lantau Island included (Discovery Bay, outlaying island Mui wo, Lamma island

all estimate delivery date show on each product page.

EF Locker , SF store, , SF service Point Pick Up Lead time 1-2days, Pick up at EF Locker / EF shop and their SF service point like 7-eleven and Circle-K nearby your home/office

 1) Can I ship my order to an Office address? »

          Yes, We can delivery to your office. 

We are not accept any P.O. Box;   include remote areas, remote islands, and restricted areas that require a permit. 

1.1) We do not deliver to the following areas :

  • New Territories: Sha Tau Kok, Tam Mei, Kam Tin, Pat Heung, Shek Kong, Tai Tong, Ha Tsuen, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Ku Tan, Lam Tsuen, Tai Mo Shan, Sai kung (except sai kung town)Pat Sin Leng, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lo Ma Chau, Ping Che, Air port terminal
  •  Kowloon: Lion Rock, Kam Shan, Container Pier, Wong Shek Pier, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal
  •  Hong Kong Island: Pok Fu Lam Village, Kong Sin Wan Village, Victory Park Garden, Tai Long Wan, D’Aguilar Peninsula, Lam Nai Wan Tsuen, Tung Ah Tseun, Ngau Hang Tsuen, To Tei Wan Tsuen
  • Outlaying island*  (except Discovery Bay, Ma wan) 
  • Some far location we will extra charge for the delivery fee.

2) Will I receive a confirmation of my order and how can I check its status? »

          Once you placed the order, you will received a confirmation to your email box. 

3) What are your delivery charges? »

 

 Shipping cost /to an address Home Delivery $45-$150
$1000 or over FREE
*except the bulk Flour and overweight items

Maximum of 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the parcel is returned to our facility.

5) Can I ship items to multiple addresses? »

          one delivery address per transaction only

6) How you ship the Food items?

We ship via SF express  the Door-to-door Cold Chain Delivery for the Frozen and Chilled Food items. 

7) How i can check the update and delivery?

check you order status and you will also receive an email for update that your order has been fulfilled / shipped. via the SF express tracking page you can track your order status. Or call SF +852-27300273 with provided tracking number arrange the delivery. 

8) How long can it be deliver when order placed?

All delivery date with estimated and show on product page/cart page, order delivery via SF express, please accept the estimate delivery date is longer for some location. (NT, outlying island, remote district)

9) Cancellation on Black Rain and typhoon

           Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule  delivery time.

Order cancellation accept within 24 Hours if order sent out or already in transit to ship out / shipping address. The transportation fee will not be refund.
