Made from whole, ground vanilla beans, our vanilla powder does not make mixtures runny. It is ideal for enhancing the flavour of your cake batters, macarons and icings, or for flavouring fish and meat dishes.
Directions for use:
For use in applications where moisture content is critical, such as sponges, batters, doughs to add a boost of vanilla flavor and visual appeal of vanilla seeds.
