Silform baking mat for the preparation of 15 buns.

Made of an unique combination of silicone and aerated fibre glass fabric, SILFORM® moulds are perfect for baking choux pastry.
The circulation of warm air under the mat ensures the right colouring along with a soft bake.
It is not necessary to brown the dough.
The unique shape of cavities is adapted for each preparation, ensuring a uniform size every time.
Best used in association with a perforated aluminium baking sheet.
Perfect results every time when releasing the shapes from the mould.
