The Torte di Emmanuele range of silicone moulds was designed by world-champion pastry chef Emmanuele Forcone for Pavoni.
Manufactured in Italy, these silicone moulds allow you to create spectacular desserts with a unique 3D effect and are suitable for use in the freezer or oven.
The non-stick silicone material ensures an easy release from the mould.
