Meticulously Selected Matcha
Made with a generous amount of Nishio matcha(12%), a blend of matcha from multiple breweries, this chocolate offers a balanced aroma, richness, and bitterness. Its
fluidity and smoothness make it fluid at 40°C, making it suitable for coating and kneading. It hardens at room temperature, retaining its shape well and making it ideal for takeout. Crystallization protects the flavor components, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture maintains the flavor. It uses no artificial colorings, allowing the ingredients to retain their vibrant color and resist fading. It also retains its color well even when blended with white chocolate, allowing for cost control.
Fresh matcha is aged at low temperatures over time, then carefully blended with different types of matcha to create a perfectly balanced matcha flavor in terms of aroma, intensity, and bitterness.
Special Manufacturing Method
In addition to the exclusively blended matcha, a unique Meiji manufacturing method is used to maintain its bright green color. No coloring agents or chlorella are used, yet the color is resistant to fading.
This chocolate is rich in the natural flavor of matcha, with a strong matcha aroma, a slightly astringent aftertaste, a balanced bitterness, and a sweet but not cloying tea flavor. It easily blends with other ingredients simply by melting, making it perfect for dessert making!
