1. 選項中選取順豐櫃地區及取貨點, 同時必須在送貨資料內電話欄墳上手提電話
2. 當貸件送到相關地點, 你將收到經電話發出的取收件碼
3. 你可以在48小時內取走貨件
4. 所有定單將安排盡早發出, 一般如2個工作天內出貨。發件後你會收到有關貨件SF單號，貨件會約在下單後2-3天左右內到提取點，但有可能會因貨件未能在有關日期所選櫃點取件，原因是取貨點已經滿要等待空置才可入櫃。如客戶有關問題可以限據貨件SF單號致電2730 0273查件

1.What is EF Locker? Lockers are secure, self-service kiosks where customers can pick up your packages at a time and place that is convenient for them.

2. How much does using an SF Locker /EF store cost? Lower cost for 3kg , HKD35 only.

3. What kind of items can be delivered to an EF Locker? Most items on bakingwarehouse.com can be delivered to Lockers, but there are a few restrictions, like the item's  weight and food product. Learn more about EF Locker eligible items see Q4.

4.What kind of product could be delivered to EF Locker? We don't ship any dairy product / frozen or chilled product. Not recommend Chocolate product.

5.If i could not pick it up in 48 hours, where the items goes? Product will back to SF express and in return status. You may have to pay an extra cost for re-ship. Shipping cost is not refundable and we will charge 10% of item cost.

6.What kind of product could be delivered to EF Locker? We don't ship any dairy product / frozen or chilled product. Not recommend Chocolate product.

7.How long will take for delivery to EF Locker? We will ready the goods and ship it out in 2 working days, arrive to EF Locker approx. 3 days

8.How can i know the product was shipped? We will send you the tracking nr. you can track via online for the deliver status.

9.What is Collect Pin code? Enter the collect pin code (sent via SMS) at EF Locker control screen > Locker Open ! <中文>
