Powder thickener composed of carbohydrates (fermentation of corn starch). For optimal use, mix the product with a liquid. Can be used with all types of aqueous liquids. It is heat-resistant, freezable and of natural origin. You can use this product to make coulis, sauces, soups or syrups.

  • 100% natural ingredient (no artificial flavors, no synthetic colors or preservatives, no GMOs and no palm oil).
  • Xanthan Gum, carbohydrates (bacterial fermentation of corn starch)
  • Xantana is obtained from the fermentation of corn starch with a bacterium (Xanthomonas campestris) present in cabbage. The result is a gum with a very thickening power and which also has good suspensory properties. It can therefore keep elements suspended in a liquid without them falling back down. It can also retain gas.
