The Nordic Chefs Rosette Iron Mold is the interchangeable aluminium head for making thin, crisp rosettes and iron-formed buñuelo-style shells.
It fits compatible Nordic Chefs Single and Double handles, allowing chefs who already own a handle to add the classic rosette shape without buying another complete iron. The mold is sold separately from the handle.
Because the head is interchangeable, the same compatible handle can be used with other Nordic Chefs croustade, rosette and specialty shell molds as the menu changes.
The stainless steel double handle is paired with two interchangeable aluminium molds, combining faster production with the same modular system used across the Nordic Chefs range. More design >>
