PROSORBET 5 COLD/HOT 500GR is a powder base for the preparation of sorbets. This ready-to-use powder is ideal for making high-quality sorbets.

• Ingredients: Dextrose, thickeners: Guar gum (E412), Carrageenate (E407), Sodium alginate (E401).
• Simply mix PROSORBET 5 COLD/HOT 500GR with the rest of the ingredients (sugars, emulsifiers, aerating agents and flavoring) hot or cold. This stabilizing powder allows you to obtain an optimal texture for your sorbets, without crystals.
• Recommended dosage 5g /kg (500gr. for 100 kg)
