Cooking Instructions:

• 1. Add 500ml of water and 4g of the agar powder in a small saucepan 
• 2. Whist the mixture together and bring it to a boil.
• 3. Turn the heat low and continue cooking for another minute or two
• 4. Turn off the heat and add sugar
• 5. Pour the mixture into a mold to let it set in room temperature or fridge.

*Turn the heat off and add any acidic fruit or food, or agar will not set
