Guar Gum is a natural fiber derived form the guar plant native to India and Pakistan. It is mainly used for thickening sauces and dressings but also as a binder in gluten-free baking, allowing baked goods to rise without gluten.

How to use: Mix with the liquid and bring to a boil Cool
Application: Any type of preparation regardless of its acidity.
Observations : Stable freezing.
Elaborations: Sauces / Nectars / Bakery products
Cake: Use 1/4 teaspoon per cup of flour
Bread: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of flour
Pizza Crust: Use 2 teaspoons per cup of flour
Salad Dressing: Use 1/8 teaspoon per cup of dressing.
