AmeriColor® Soft Gel Paste™ will color royal icing, buttercream, rolled fondant, macarons, cookie dough, bread dough, cake batter, whipped toppings & icings, gum paste, marzipan, pastillage and white chocolate (with addition of Flo-Coat). Soft Gel Paste™ is peanut, tree nut, soy, and gluten free. It is also Kosher certified.
