Stabpure, a new product from Louis François expands the range of stabilizers for ice creams and sorbets.
Stabpure is made from plant fibers without any additives no e-number,  which provides smoothness, expansion, and delays crystal formation.

Applications:
Pre-disperse the mixture into powders.
Incorporate the mixture into liquids, then pasteurize the mix.
Stabpure blends very well into aqueous or fruit-based environments.
The average dosage is 0.5 to 1%.
