Our Pioneer’s Story

At the age of 19, our founder became a certified professional baker and pastry chef in Switzerland, mastering the art of baking through years of dedicated practice. Upon arriving in Hong Kong, she took on an operational role at a Swiss company, where she consistently recognized the critical importance of high-quality tools and exceptional ingredients. However, she found that the specialized equipment and materials required for premium baking were scarce in the local market. To address this challenge, she established our company in 2003, with a commitment to sourcing the finest suppliers, making it easy and convenient for everyone to access the best baking materials.
